One of my favorite parts of traveling is tasting new flavors. Every bite, whether it's from a small hole-in-the-wall pho place or a cozy cafe overlooking cobblestone streets, shaped my experience. Two Pups Coffee - Dublin, IE

Oh my gosh. This shakshuka from Two Pups was absolutely divine! The tomato sauce was so flavorful and the eggs were perfectly poached. I added avocados to mine for a couple extra euros but it was so worth it. Getting a table took some time, but seeing the line outside told me it was going to be worth the wait. This spot is a must for me!

Straightaway Cocktails - Portland, OR

I had these cocktails at a Keen event in PDX. Their newest cocktail in a can was created in collaboration with the storied Oregon winery, Sokol Blosser. The bubbly wine cocktail, the French 77, features fresh lemon juice and notes of Juniper. It's refreshing taste was perfect with my charcuterie board. I can't wait to check out their tasting room on Hawthorne Blvd in downtown Portland!
